Whilst we mostly stock the traditional extracts (MediHerb, OptimalRx, and the Herbal Extract Co) which are made from dried plant material, we also stock some of the PPC 'Fresh Plant Tincture' range. These are made from fresh plant material taken straight from the field into processing without drying.

The plant material is all grown and processed locally in Australia (certified organic), with the extraction process taking place within hours of harvest. The main benefit of this is it preserves more of the plant's energetics.

Fresh Plant Tinctures are prescribed the same as traditional extracts, and can be mixed and interchanged as normal.

We have zero interaction with your patients, we never contact them, we don't post out receipts, and unlike other online dispensaries we do not collect payment from them.

We are dedicated to minimising our environmental impact and strive to make our packaging as eco-friendly as possible. All glass bottles are wrapped in cardboard and eco-friendly honeycomb wrap for extra protection. They are then secured in 100% recyclable and compostable cardboard boxes. For shipping, these boxes may be placed inside reusable Australia Post satchels made from 80% recycled plastic. Occasionally, we may use bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts if we receive products packaged this way from our suppliers, as we prefer to reuse them rather than dispose of them.

Yes, provided you are a final-year student, enrolled in clinical placement, and are only purchasing the herbs/supplements for yourself or your family.

Whilst we do have a pretty comprehensive inventory which we have built out based on customer feedback and demand, if there are particular herbs/supplements you would like us to stock, please let us know and we'll do our best to include it in our next order.

Through your online banking – you simply choose the option to pay to a PayID (our mobile number) instead of a BSB and account number. Our details will then pop-up before you confirm the payment. You don't even need to have PayID set up for yourself to be able to use it. It is safe, secure and instant!

All prescriptions are dispensed by Sadiar - our qualified Clinical Naturopath, who ensures that your patients receive exactly what you prescribed down to the mL/gram. We never change or substitute ingredients, maintaining the integrity of your treatments.

Our dispensary is a practitioner-only service, supplying Naturopaths, Nutritionists, and Integrative GPs on behalf of their patients. However, we understand that sometimes the public may need direct or alternative access to certain products.

If you have a prescription that needs filling, please email us a copy together with your Naturopath/Nutritionist/GP's contact details to obtain their consent, as we aim to respect and support existing practitioner-patient relationships.
