FAQs
Yes. Our labels are intentionally unbranded, with your details listed as the practitioner so your patients only associate their prescriptions with your clinic, and not some 3rd-party dispensary.
However if you’d like to strengthen your branding even further, you’re welcome to send us your own labels or stickers, and we’ll happily apply them to all your patient orders at no extra cost.
For our Diamond Partner Practitioners (total spend over $6,000), we also offer a complimentary label printing service, where we can print your clinic logo or text directly onto our labels.
Unlike other online dispensaries we use unbranded labels and packaging, and never post out receipts, ensuring our services as your supplier are always 100% hidden. This gives you full control to set your own pricing.
In our experience, most practitioners charge around $65 for a 200mL liquid herbal formula, or $160 for a 500mL formula, with a surcharge for premium herbs. Don’t forget to add on the cost of postage.
Your margin—the difference between what your patients pay and what you pay us—reflects the time, expertise, and clinical judgment involved in preparing your patient’s prescription.
Our unique platform lets you choose between collecting payment directly from your patient to manage your own billing, OR letting us handle the invoicing for you. We'll collect the payment on your behalf and transfer 100% of your profit margin back to you each month, completely fee-free.
