Inner Bloom Dispensary is a practitioner-focused, online herbal dispensary founded by Sadiar and Adam, built to support naturopaths and integrative health practitioners in delivering personalised herbal medicine and nutritional compounds to their patients.

Our goal is simple: to make customised herbal prescribing easier for practitioners, while maintaining the personal and professional standards that natural medicine deserves.
Our Story
Inner Bloom Dispensary began as a shared vision to create something meaningful together — a business that reflects our values of holistic health, integrity, and community.
With Sadiar’s clinical naturopathic background and Adam’s experience in business and operations, we identified a gap in the market, and built an easy-to-use, 'one-stop-shop' online dispensary, which placed the Practitioner front and centre, with our services operating discreetly in background.
Each formula is prepared to order with care and precision, and shipped directly to your patient, allowing practitioners to continue prescribing personalised herbal medicine without needing to manage the logistics of dispensing and postage themselves.
Meet Sadiar
Sadiar is the clinical heart of Inner Bloom Dispensary.
As a qualified Clinical Naturopath, she oversees the dispensing of all herbal formulas, ensuring each prescription is prepared with the care and attention it deserves. Sadiar also operates her consulting practice through Inner Bloom Naturopathics, where she works closely with patients using personalised herbal medicine and holistic treatment approaches.
Sadiar is a proud Torres Strait Islander, having grown up on Horn Island off the northern tip of Australia. Her deep connection to nature continues to influence her passion for natural medicine and wellbeing.
Meet Adam
Adam manages the operational side of the dispensary, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
With degrees in Law and Business, and more than two decades of experience across various ventures, he oversees the inventory, systems, and the technical infrastructure that supports the dispensary.
His role allows the dispensary to operate efficiently while maintaining the reliable service practitioners depend on.
